We offer custom embroidery and printing services for a  wide range of products, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and more. Our services  are tailored for both individual and bulk orders.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

There is NO MINIMUM order, small or large  we’d love to help.

3. Can I supply my own items for customisation?

Yes, you can supply your own items for both embroidery and printing. However, we recommend consulting with us first to  ensure that the items are suitable for our processes.

4. What file formats do you accept for designs?

We accept high-resolution files in formats such as .png, .jpg, .pdf. For the best results, vector files are preferred.

5. How long does it take to complete an order?

Lead time depends on the size and complexity of the order. Typically, orders are completed within 3-5 business days. Rush  services are available for an additional fee.

6. Do you offer design assistance?

7. What are your payment options?

Payment can be made via our website and PayPal. 
Payment must be received for orders to be made.

8. Can I see a sample before the full production?

Yes, we can provide a sample of the design for approval before proceeding with the full order. Please note that sample production is chargeable.


9. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your order size.

10. What is your return policy?

Since custom items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please check your order details carefully before confirming.
