Free Collection - Free collection is available from our store at, 123 Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush, London W12 8NL. (See store opening hours)

Standard Delivery: (delivered 2-3 days from dispatch) = £3.99
Express Next Day Delivery: (1 working day from dispatch) = £6.99

All orders are made to order, please allow for a short processing time before your item is dispatched. Most items are dispatched next working day. Larger bulk orders and custom orders will take longer.

- European Orders

ORDERS TO THE EU MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS TAX AND HANDLING CHARGE’S BEFORE THE ITEM IS RELEASED FOR DELIVERY. IT IS YOU THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ANY APPLICABLE CHARGES.

Orders delivered to Europe arrive in 2 weeks from dispatch.

Returns Policy:

All sales are final, given that all our items are custom made on demand we unfortunately cannot facilitate returns or exchanges. Please contact us for any other resolution.

Once a custom design has been confirmed and paid for, it is considered final. We strongly encourage customers to contact us or visit us in-store with any questions before placing an order to ensure satisfaction. Your happiness with your order is incredibly important to us, and we want to ensure that you love your custom embroidery from the start.

We cannot offer a refund on custom made/designed orders unless deemed faulty or damaged as they are bespoke designs that are specially made to order.
